This space is an exploration with an industrial theme of design while maintaining a complete understanding of materials and techniques. The pallette was more or less of brick and exposed finish concrete, with steel rods and a polished concrete flooring.

The floor plan is divided into three areas. One is the visitor area and the other is the workspace and further the third one is the services. The zoning is done in a manner that the meeting areas are a buufeer and can be accessed both workspaces as well as visitor areas.

The designed work stations are customised entire by the design team and executed on site for the head cabins and the work space areas.

build

In this project, we completely customized the furniture, opting for stone tops and metal legs to seamlessly blend with the office's theme. What we truly appreciate about it is how all the elements harmonize, creating a unified space rather than feeling like ten different areas.

Part of the charm we're so enthusiastic about can be attributed to its non-office-like atmosphere. It all starts with the floor, where marble pieces embedded into concrete unveil their speckled beauty underfoot, accented with classic brick arches. These arches serve as a central element throughout the workspace, visible from almost every angle. Sleek aluminum and mild steel glass partitions maintain this sense of openness. Even the lighting, from exposed ceilings to hanging conduits, becomes a decorative element while serving its purpose. Oak wood tones dominate the space, with warm ceilings in the client's cabins.

Working with the building's bare bones, our team optimized the interior for flexibility, exposing the original concrete shell for a raw, utilitarian feel. We chose earthy tones to reinforce the idea of materiality, achieved through terracotta bricks and concrete-finished walls and floors. Swathes of rich, natural materials like oak add warmth and nuance to the space.

We definitely loved the design and the entire office space looks amazing. Appreciate the effort and do expect a lot of inquiries as almost everyone who has visited the office has asked for the designer and complimented the concept for the office. We are glad that it didnot end up in a traditional CA / corporate office.
