Residential Design Project and Studio
Area: 340 sq m
Designed for a family of four where the parents would spend their retired life while the children would be engrossed in developing their careers. Fundamentally, it had to respond to the needs of two generations where one can come together to enjoy each other’s company but also respect their time alone. Keeping in mind such a brief the architecture responds to a variety of scales of spaces where one can unwind.

HOUSE OF CURVES
Area: 4500 sq ft
The design mandate was clear: employ a palette of neutral colours, opt for high-quality, natural materials, and create an ambiance that exuded timelessness. Some elements of the existing space were to be retained and thoughtfully integrated, while others were introduced and merged seamlessly to breathe new life into the interiors.

Lawyer's Office for Mr. Munshi
Area: 900 sq ft
A legal firm has a multitudinous nature of relationships, posing the most exciting questions in responding through design. What the design team had was just a 4m wide office bay versus a 15.5 m length of the space, and that is when they realized that it was an unusual proportion in the first place. Thus, the organization of spaces was carried out so that the circulation became part of the spaces and eliminated an exclusive corridor connection. As a result, the spaces felt more relaxed and achieved the necessary privacy through spatial sequencing.
